Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Willingness to work Days shift with M-F flexible hours and 4x10-hour scheduling options.
• Experience or comfort treating general orthopedic conditions across the lifespan, ages 5+ through 90+.
• Ability to complete 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups in a 1:1 care model, managing a typical daily caseload of ~13–14 patients on a 10-hour day.
• Comfort using Empower EMR, including AI transcription and dictation features.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage difficult situations, and act as a mediator with patients and team members.
• Open to new graduates and clinicians with less than three years of experience.
• For candidates interested in leadership, willingness to assume Clinic Director responsibilities, including initial oversight of one aide and future growth to a team of clinicians, aides, and front desk staff.
