Print the satisfaction survey.You'llneed the manager's signature after completing the reset. Arrive on time,open the Survey.com appand start the survey before entering the store. Check inwith Customer Service or the Store Manager and let them knowyou'rea Survey representative completing theAcosta Pizza Reset. Complete the resetby following the POG and all project instructions carefully. Review the completed workwith the manager on duty and obtain their signature on the satisfaction survey. Before leaving,complete the survey in the app, upload all required photos, and answer every required question.
