Key Details:
Reports directly to Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Oversees nursing and patient care services
24/7 responsibility for assigned units
Must-Have Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) + Bachelor's in healthcare OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
2+ years as hospital manager or charge nurse
2+ years in psych/behavioral health
Active RN license
Current CPR certification
Main Responsibilities:
Help plan and evaluate nursing care across units
Ensure high-quality, safe patient care
Manage staff and resources effectively
Support nurse training and development
Solve problems and improve processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare field
