Premier IT Service Company that delivers IT products and services to small businesses in the New York metro and Atlanta, GA area is looking to add a full-time Procurement Coordinator to their Administrative team in the Atlanta, GA office. Responsibilities include

· Client facing account management functions including:

o Communicate with customers regarding product orders and requests

o Creating proposals for technology products to our existing client base

o Product ordering and procurement

o Delivery coordination and project management

o Assisting clients with telecom and internet orders and tracking

o Tracking of expiring service contracts, and notifying customers of renewal opportunities

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills

· Superior communication skills

• Highly self-motivated and directed

· Customer service orientation

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Ability to absorb and retain information quickly

· Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language

· Basic knowledge of technology products (computers, software, phones, etc.)

· Participate in team and department brainstorm sessions

· Prior experience in an office situation with an internship or other work experience

Education requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree, or bachelor’s degree in progress

Job Type:

· Full time in our Atlanta, Georgia office

Salary:

• $40,000 - $50,000
