Automotive Receptionist /Cafe Concierge (Full-Time)

Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking an energetic individual for the Full-Time Receptionist/Cafe Concierge position. As the Receptionist and Concierge, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Other duties assigned
• Maintain Cafe Duties including: Prepare beverages and snacks for the store customers, such as prepackaged foods and coffee.
• Maintain and clean the store, inventory and stocking.
• Adhere to food safety procedures.
• Handle cash and record customers orders information accurately.

Requirements

• Must be available to work ANY shift - days, afternoons, evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma or higher
• Must have Previous Receptionist or Customer Service experience
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid drivers license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
• Previous Automotive experience a plus!
