Lead Teacher 9-6 Monday-Friday
Looking for Amazing Lead Teacher That
Stimulates emotional, intellectual, and social growth of students by developing and directing educational activities tailored to children ages Birth-5; supervising children carefully.* Provides safe environment by maintaining an orderly, clean, and appealing classroom; eliminating or removing known safety hazards; complying with child care rules.* Encourages students' participation by providing interactive activities.* Supports students to learn concepts and collects work samples for portfolios.* Informs parents of curriculum by preparing and submitting lesson plans; posting schedules and holding parent-teacher conferences.* Keeps parents informed by posting parent information in the classroom; communicating frequently; sharing child's progress and needs.* Encourages development of student self-control by utilizing Conscious Discipline classroom management and modeling techniques.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.* Enhances center reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
