Marketing Associate - Construction

The Role The Marketing Associate will support RFQs, RFPs, proposals, interview presentations, and marketing collateral, partnering closely with operations, business development, and project teams. Success in this role means delivering polished, accurate, and visually compelling materials while managing multiple priorities and maintaining consistency in branding and messaging across all deliverables. Responsibilities Proposal & Pursuit Support Support the development of RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and interview presentations Coordinate proposal efforts including scheduling, content development, and submission requirements Ensure proposal compliance with deadlines, formatting, and client expectations Assist in interview preparation and presentation materials as needed Content Development & Marketing Materials Write and edit proposal narratives, project descriptions, and team resumes Create and format proposal graphics, charts, and visual elements using Adobe Creative Cloud Assist with production of presentations, brochures, project sheets, and client‑facing collateral Maintain consistency in branding and marketing standards across materials Project Coordination & Resource Management Coordinate with project teams to gather project information, photography, and technical content Maintain and organize proposal libraries, project information, and marketing resources Support award submissions, community outreach initiatives, and internal marketing communications Requirements 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the AEC, construction, or professional services industry Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Experience supporting proposal and presentation development Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Photoshop and Illustrator preferred) Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Experience with CRM or marketing database platforms preferred Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and eye for layout, formatting, and visual presentation Soft Skills Positive, team‑oriented mindset Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to take ownership and follow through on projects Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and offices Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow Salary Competitive, depending on experience and level.
