The Office of the Appellate Defender in New York State seeks a Full Time Assistant Public Defender to handle a mixed caseload of misdemeanor and felony cases and participate in appellate and mitigation work. You will be supported by Investigative and Social Work staff, receive in-house training, and may engage in Raise the Age, Drug Treatment Court, parole violations, and centralized arraignment initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Office of the Appellate Defender
