Director, Digital Marketing Full Time Senior Management Sandy Springs, GA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1033 Position Summary The Director of Digital Marketing will own the overarching digital growth strategy across all online channels. We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader with 8–10 years of comprehensive experience in the digital world (restaurant, retail, or multi-unit hospitality experience preferred) who can scale our e-commerce performance, optimize third-party delivery partnerships, expand our CRM and loyalty ecosystems, and drive digital ordering for both retail and catering channels. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Strategy & Performance: Lead the optimization and growth of our digital storefront and ordering platforms, focusing on conversion rate optimization, user experience, and seamless transaction flows. Third-Party Delivery (3PD) Management: Oversee relationships and strategies with third-party delivery aggregators, optimizing menu visibility, operational integrations, commission structures, and profitability across platforms. CRM, Lifecycle Marketing & Data Strategy: Spearhead the enterprise CRM strategy to drive personalized guest segmentation, automated workflows, and targeted lifecycle campaigns across key channels: Email: Build and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns focused on retention, promotions, and brand storytelling. SMS: Drive mobile engagement, immediate-action offers, and SMS marketing programs to capture on-the-go guests. Loyalty Program Leadership: Manage and evolve our loyalty program, enhancing member engagement, reward structures, gamification, and frequency-building initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value. Catering: Drive the off premise strategy, acquisition campaigns, and online ordering pathways specifically tailored to scale our catering business segment. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 8–10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing e-commerce, loyalty programs, CRM ecosystems, and multi-channel digital strategies in a consumer-facing industry (restaurant or hospitality experience highly preferred). Skills & Expertise: Deep expertise in managing third-party delivery partnerships and digital ordering platforms. Hands-on experience scaling CRM platforms, email marketing automation, and SMS mobile strategies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital metrics, ROI, customer data, and attribution models to guide strategic investments. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams, agency partners, and technical vendors.
