Perm Physical Therapist

Position Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical and mobility-related conditions. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, function, and overall independence. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify mobility and functional limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions. Improve patients’ strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs. Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Follow safety, infection control, and professional standards. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current state Physical Therapist license. Previous clinical experience preferred. Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
