The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading Production and Warehouse operations to safely manufacture and deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements for quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This position provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for production supervisors, warehouse personnel, and manufacturing employees while ensuring efficient execution of production schedules, inventory management, material flow, and shipping operations. The Manufacturing Operations Manager partners closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to support manufacturing readiness, implement engineering changes, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Manufacturing Operations Leadership Lead Production and Warehouse operations to safely achieve quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory objectives. Production Execution Ensure manufacturing processes are standardized, documented, and consistently followed to support quality and efficiency. Warehouse & Material Management Oversee receiving, inventory control, material movement, shipping, and logistics operations. Maintain inventory accuracy through effective warehouse processes, transaction management, and cycle counting. Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Operations to execute manufacturing priorities. Support audits, customer visits, supplier interactions, and compliance requirements. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and warehouse operations. People Leadership Partner with HR on workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Manage labor, overtime, and operating budgets while monitoring key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, regulatory, and company standards. Maintain a safe, organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications What You'll Bring: Education Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered. Experience Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, ISO 9001 quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies, with proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years leading supervisors and cross-functional teams.
