Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and related instrumentation effectively to ensure high-quality imaging.
• Make accurate decisions related to imaging techniques, positioning, and radiation protection.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals under radiologist supervision, document appropriately, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain records that include properly labeling images for interpretation.
• Practice sterile technique and prevent cross-contamination in all imaging procedures.
• Rotate within the department, performing exams in acute care and outpatient clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school in Nuclear Medicine.
• ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB registered with current ODH licensure.
• 1 year of PET/CT experience or eligibility for PET/CT advanced registry preferred.
• PET/CT advanced certification is preferred.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
• Able to meet hospital and unit-specific competency requirements.
