This position will manage a portfolio of HOA and Condominium Associations in and around the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area. After your introductory period, the role offers flexibility with a hybrid schedule, allowing work closer to your communities while staying connected to headquarters in Owings Mills, MD. Responsibilities Managing budgets, financial statements, and monthly reports Negotiating with contractors and overseeing property maintenance Advising Boards of Directors and resolving homeowner inquiries Coordinating services like landscaping, snow removal, and repairs Enforcing compliance with association and government regulations Leading meetings, site inspections, and vendor management Supporting community amenities such as pools and centers Qualifications Homeowner Association management experience is a plus Strong knowledge of HOA and Condo Act is a plus Expertise in vendor management and budgeting Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Certifications: CMCA® and AMS® required; PCAM® preferred but not required Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings Travel to communities and events Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Flexible work-from-home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tidewater Property Management, Inc
