Production Lead

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Production Lead position in Fontana, CA. Responsibilities:

• Production lead for Rippers and Folders
• Assist with production of roof ridges and drive a forklift as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times.
• Support housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and basic maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 3+ months of prior manufacturing experience
• Must be forklift certified
• Must provide your own safety shoes .
• Must wear a long sleeve shirt with at least a 35% cotton blend .
• Ability to perform manual folding work with light shingle materials (no climbing, no stooping).
• Must consistently meet production expectations of 12 boxes per hour.

Pay Details: $20.40 per hour
