Job Title: Phlebotomis tLocation: West Bend, WI 5309 5Duration: 3-4 Months +Pay rate: $21.50 - $22.3 4Schedule Mon-8:30am-5pm, Tue: 8:30am-6pm, Wed: 8:30am-6pm, Thur: 8:30am-6pm, Fri: 8:00am-4p m *Pay rate is based on years of experience and educational qualification s.Key Responsibilitie s:Draw blood samples skillfully and safely, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established practice s.Provide coverage across multiple locations, adapting to various roles as neede d.Act as a mentor and resource for new employees, offering effective onboarding service s.Collaborate with staff on-site and provide regular input to group leads or supervisor s.Engage with customers, particularly in complex or high-volume practices, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skill s.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen t.Required Qualification s:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferre d.Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA ).Experienc e:Minimum of 5 years in phlebotomy, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collection s.At least 3 years in a Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) environment they were preferre d.Customer service experience in a retail or service setting is preferre d.Keyboard/data entry skill s.
