Job Title Operations Manager Department Technical Location Dallas, Texas, US Employment Type Full-Time Work Arrangement On-site Reports To Senior Management Education Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate technical field of study or equivalent work experience Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in conformity assessment Great leadership skills and ability to communicate the vision of the company across all levels Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Action-oriented with an agile approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Experience coaching direct reports and developing efficiency-focused teamwork models People skills with experience managing multiple teams Key Responsibilities Responsible to achieve set targets (budget) and meet the P&L for your site Oversee daily operations at the site, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements Manage site personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to maintain an efficient and skilled workforce Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow, enhance productivity, and ensure quality control in TIC processes Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure timely delivery of testing, inspection, and certification services Monitor and manage site budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives while maintaining operational excellence Implement and enforce safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment for both employees and clients Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency at site operations Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to streamline communication and ensure seamless overall business operations Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to proactively adapt and improve operational processes Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management Develop and implement strategies to expand our accreditations and enhance our testing capabilities Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business expansion Assist in the development and execution of strategies that support growth objectives and enhance overall business performance Provide technical support and review listing reports for the Fenestration, Building and Environment department Benefits Opportunity to work in a growing international TIC organization Professional Development Support: Reimbursement for approved courses, certifications, or professional memberships related to your role Comprehensive health benefits after successful completion of the probationary period Supportive and collaborative team atmosphere Professional growth and leadership development opportunities Exposure to diverse technical and operational projects Working Conditions Standard full-time working schedule On-site position based in Dallas, Texas Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.
