CASE MANAGER

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field. If you have at least 5 years in corrections, case management, or similar, this may be considered in lieu of a degree. Ability to relate to residents in a firm, empathetic manner. Computer and word-processing skills, with demonstrated experience in documentation and record keeping. Valid state driver's license and ability to pass federal drug screening requirements. Responsibilities What will you do in this position? We are agents of change who work as part of a larger team devoted to helping residents succeed by using cognitive behavioral interventions to reduce recidivism and increase public safety. Meet with residents and our team to develop a program to help address individual needs.
