Job Description Job Description Position : Staffing Coordinator / Receptionist Location : Palmetto, GA Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM Pay : Up to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type : Temp Job Summary: Our client is seeking a professional and organized Staffing Coordinator / Receptionist to support daily front office and hiring operations in Palmetto, GA. This role will assist with candidate communication, administrative support, receptionist duties, and onboarding coordination while helping maintain efficient office operations. Responsibilities : Greet and assist applicants, employees, and visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage the front desk area Assist with scheduling interviews and onboarding appointments Support recruiting and staffing team with administrative tasks Maintain employee files and ensure documentation is organized and accurate Assist with data entry, reporting, and ATS updates Coordinate office communications and general clerical support Help ensure smooth day-to-day office and staffing operations Must Haves : Previous receptionist, administrative, or staffing support experience Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and dependable attendance Preferred Skills : Experience working in a staffing agency or HR environment Familiarity with onboarding or applicant tracking systems Bilingual skills are a plus #ZR Company Description At SKL'D, we make job hunting easy, exciting, and full of possibilities.
