California – Cal/OSHA and Employment Litigation Associate Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with at least two years of employment litigation or OSHA experience who is interested in dedicating at least 50% of their time to supporting the firm's Workplace Safety Practice Group. Qualified candidates should be comfortable: Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings Drafting and arguing motions and other briefs Taking and defending depositions Experience with workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans is preferred, even if limited. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Admission to the California Bar and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school are required. We will consider candidates in any of our California office locations.
