2nd shift Machine Operators

We are hiring Plastics Machine Operators for a Tier 1 Automotive facility. No prior experience is required. This role involves operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to ensure consistent production of high-quality parts. Location: Sterling Heights (18 1/2 mile road) Key Responsibilities Retrieve plastic parts from the conveyor Inspect parts for visible defects Label each part accurately Transport completed parts to designated workstations Available Shifts & Pay Rates 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16.00/hour (includes $0.50 shift premium) This is a great opportunity to start a career in automotive manufacturing with on-the-job training provided. Job Duties Visually inspect plastic parts for defects Wipe, label, and sort finished parts Record counts of approved and rejected parts Trim excess plastic from components Print and apply labels to packaging Maintain clean and organized workstation Job Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for up to 10 hours Follow instructions from supervisors accurately Work well independently and as part of a team Dependable and detail-oriented No experience is necessary—training is provided!
