Job Summary

We are seeking a Finisher to join our team. This role is responsible for finishing instruments through basic assembly and finishing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and cleanliness practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. A ssemble instruments using finishing processes such as bending, fitting, grinding, sharpening, deburring, tumbling, blending, and polishing (85%).
2. Perform simple measuremens using micrometers, angle finders, and calipers.
3. Read and interpret blueprints.
4. Operate deburring and polishing equipment.
5. Complete documentation to comply with company policies, Quality Manual, FDA, QSR, and international standards (5%).
6. Collaborate in a team environment to support continuous improvement of products and processes (5%).
7. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment, including performing simple maintenance and keeping the work area clean (3%).
8. Perform other related duties as assigned (2%).

Required Qualifications

1. Abilit y to read and understand blueprints.
2. Basic knowledge of measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, angle finders).
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team enviro nment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. P rior experience in instrument finishing or related manufacturing proc esses.
