Geisinger is proud to offer a Patient Care Technician a $1500 sign on bonus for eligible candidates, $18.94 minimum hiring rate with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $3 shift differentials for evening, nights, and weekend shifts! Primary duties may include:

• Being the primary facilitator of ADLs: hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals
• Collecting vital signs & daily weights
• Conducting Point of Care testing
• Turning & repositioning patients
• Performing equipment checks & exchanges
• Dressing care
• Removal of Foley Catheter and Peripheral IV
• Nasogastric tube removal and performing nasal swabs
• Checking code carts and oxygen storage cabinets
