A team environment where we treat each other with respect, dignity, and compassion Additional Benefits: Tuition Reimbursement (Ask about our Bridge to LPN/RN Program) Shift Differentials We are currently hiring for 7 am - 7 pm shifts. #2025 Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include: Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers of residents Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies Collaborating with residents' interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy Working under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment Delivering nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care Collecting patient/resident data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information Implementing the patient/resident care plan and evaluating response according to state-specific regulations Supervising caregiving staff in selected situations in accordance with state regulations Maintaining knowledge of documentation requirements and equipment use Maintaining confidentiality and patient/resident rights Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): LPN license issued by the State CPR Certification required Two years of prior nursing experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Madisonhealthandrehab
