This is a Part-Time with Benefits position in the Human Resources Department at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, paying $17.00 per hour . Responsibilities:

As a Trainer, you will serve as a key driver of learning and development across the park, acting as the central training administrator while delivering engaging and impactful training sessions. You will partner with department trainers and leadership to ensure team members remain compliant with required certifications and are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. This role blends facilitation, coordination, and administrative responsibilities to support a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.Â

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

  • Serve as the parkâ??s training administrator, maintaining training records and certifications within DayforceÂ

  • Partner with department trainers to track, monitor, and ensure all required certifications remain current and compliantÂ

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions across departments based on operational needsÂ

  • Facilitate engaging HR-led training sessions including:Â

  • New Hire OrientationÂ

  • Sexual Harassment Prevention TrainingÂ

  • New Supervisor TrainingÂ

  • Supervisor Refresher TrainingÂ

  • Additional training topics as neededÂ

  • Maintain accurate training documentation and reporting for compliance and audit purposesÂ

  • Assist in the development, updating, and continuous improvement of training materials and programsÂ

  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experienceÂ

  • Provide guidance and support to department trainers on training processes and standardsÂ

  • Promote a positive learning environment aligned with park values: Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe ServiceÂ

Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesÂ

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in tracking training recordsÂ

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentÂ

  • Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn and navigate DayforceÂ

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple departmentsÂ

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and peak operating periodsÂ

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or training in HR, Education, or related field preferredÂ

  • Previous experience in training, facilitation, HR, or leadership roles preferredÂ

  • All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a wholeÂ

  • Reports to Human Resources LeadershipÂ
