Advanced Software Engineer - C#, .Net Studio

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $168,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects + Drive innovation and efficiency in software development + Ensure software solutions align with industry best practices and quality standards + Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics + 5 years of experience in Microsoft .NET Studio with a strong proficiency in programming languages such as C# and C++ + Experience writing Client-Server applications consuming APIs + Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field + Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field + Exceptional problem-solving capability and attention to detail + T-SQL knowledge is desired + Experience in leading large, complex software development projects + Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles + Passion for innovation and continuous learning Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
