Assist large 345 kV+ rebuild and greenfield projects, including HVDC and 765 kV technologies. Collect, assimilate, and analyze engineering data; perform research and prepare calculations. Develop recommendations for equipment and materials; manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements. Provide guidance to engineering team members and maintain positive client relations. Assist with business development activities and act as a technical specialist. Apply advanced engineering techniques and analyses with minimal supervision. Expand knowledge and skill set within the discipline. Review lower‑level engineering work and oversee data management for projects. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on moderately complex projects. Support continuous improvement and change‑management initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program. Minimum 5 years of related work experience. Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records). Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong proficiency with PLS CADD. Experience with utility‑scale electrical transmission system design. Structural design of transmission steel structures and foundations. Basic structural steel and concrete experience using 3‑D analysis and design software. Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles, standards, and codes. Client interaction experience and business‑development skills. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle ambiguity.
