Seeking an Application Analyst with 3-7 years of experience supporting enterprise Asset Management, ERP, or CMMS applications. The role involves application support, SQL-based troubleshooting, data analysis, issue resolution, and collaboration with business and IT teams to improve system performance and operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot Asset Management applications
• Perform SQL analysis, data validation, and root cause investigation
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors
• Support testing, enhancements, and system implementations
• Develop documentation, job aids, and support procedures
• Identify process improvements and innovative solutions

Required Skills:

• 3-7 years of Application/Support Analyst experience
• Strong SQL querying and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting enterprise applications (ERP/CMMS preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Fleet organization experience
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-enabled tools.

Compensation:


The hourly rate for this position is between $60.00-$66.00 per hour.
