What You'll Do Become a Behind the Scenes Tour Guide Lead guests on our exclusive Behind the Scenes Tour Share fascinating facts about the wax-making process Bring the Madame Tussauds story to life through engaging storytelling Be the Face of the Attraction Welcome guests with energy, confidence, and a red-carpet attitude Memorize tour scripts and figure facts Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for Madame Tussauds Keep the Attraction Guest-Ready Ensure exhibit areas are clean, safe, and photo-ready Help create a positive, memorable experience for every guest Enhance the Guest Experience Promote souvenirs, snacks, and attraction upgrades Answer guest questions and assist with wayfinding Help manage crowd flow and operational needs Safety First Follow health, safety, and food handling procedures Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests Qualifications & Experience About You 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, tours, hospitality, or customer service preferred Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused with strong communication skills Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, including areas with loud noise and confined spaces Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling guest questions and concerns Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events If you love engaging with people and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you!
