About the job Guest Advisor
Modern Nissan of Lake Norman is now hiring Automotive Guest Advisors. No experience is required since the dealership offers a 60-day training salary.
Once you become a Customer Service Sales Representative at Modern Nissan you will have the following:
- $100k annual income potential

- Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a needs assessment
- Perform walk-around presentation and demonstrate key vehicle features (training will be provided!)
- Offer and accompany customers on a vehicle test drive
- Present estimates and quotes for customer approval
- Attend product and sales training courses
- Maintain owner follow-up and prospect development system
- valid driver's license (no exceptions)
- clean driving record (no excessive speeding tickets and no recent DUIs)
- clean background and drug test
- professional appearance
- good communication skills and listening skills
- ability to work evenings and weekends
