Customer Support Technician

Providing exceptional technical support remotely, the full-time Customer Support Technician will manage customer support tickets through various channels, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to departmental efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. Key responsibilities: Handle customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring timely responses and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by achieving a ticket rating average of 9.7 or higher and effectively communicating throughout the troubleshooting process Support team members during fluctuating ticket volumes and utilize downtime for additional tasks assigned by leadership Required qualifications: Proficiency in the SkySlope platform and related technical problem-solving Ability to type at least 40 words per minute Experience in customer service roles, particularly in technical support Strong multitasking skills and a team-oriented mindset Willingness to engage in performance discussions and personal development with leadership
