Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts; 36 hours per week, with 3 shifts of 12 hours each.
• Required Qualifications: Certified as a registered nurse with a Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher, with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in surgical or perioperative nursing. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operating room settings, familiarity with perioperative protocols, and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role requires adherence to hospital policies and standards, active participation in patient safety initiatives, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
