LHH is recruiting a Creditor's Rights Paralegal for a downtown Cleveland Law Firm. This position will support the Business Practice Group. 1600 billable hour requirement. Four weeks vacation.
Responsibilities:- Filing of bankruptcy papers by way of ECF (Electronic Case Filing)
- Preparing draft proofs of claim
- Preparing notices of appearance
- Preparing schedules of assets and liabilities
7-10 years of experience in chapter 11 business bankruptcies
Experience in creditor's rights, including in the bankruptcy space and judgment enforcement in state courts (e.g., issuances of bank attachments, etc.).
