Payer and Market Access Professional for AI Evaluation [Remote]

Provide payer and market access expertise to develop and validate rubrics that evaluate commercial drugs and drug-development programs, with a focus on gross-to-net assumptions, rebates, and formulary tiering by drug class. This is a paid remote pilot for candidates with US-based or deep US-market experience, with potential for recurring engagements as the work scales.

• Create and critique rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs
• Set and pressure-test gross-to-net and formulary-tier assumptions by drug class
• Assess whether coverage, rebating, and tiering assumptions reflect how payers actually behave
• Apply these judgments across the pilot''s defined set of drugs and drug classes

• US-based payer or market access professional, or demonstrable deep experience with the US payer market
• 5 or more years in market access, pricing and reimbursement, or managed markets
• Hands-on experience with gross-to-net calculations, rebates, and formulary tiering by drug class
• Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programs

• Paid hourly engagement, contractor-style
• Duration approximately 10 to 20 hours total, to be completed over 1 to 2 weeks
• Fully remote, must be US-based or have deep US-market experience
• Assignments will involve evaluating a pilot set of drugs and drug classes
• Strong contributors may receive offers for recurring work as the project expands

Hourly rate, $170 to $300 per hour

• Must be US-based, or able to demonstrate deep experience with the US payer market
• Must be able to perform remote contract work according to the stated schedule and hours
