Pediatric Nurse - Primary Care & Patient Advocate

Adelante Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to educate patients, advocate for coordinated care, and support team-based primary care. The role includes triage for urgent care needs and guiding patients to appropriate outpatient services or escalation as needed.
