Independently scanning ER and inpatients in a very busy CT department using Philips CT scanners. EMR system used: Epic. Job Requirements

NYS Diagnostic Imaging License with IV injection required. BLS certification required. 2 years of experience in CT preferred. Schedule Information

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm shift. No holiday or weekend requirements. Additional Details

Proof of COVID-19 vaccine booster or declination/exemption required (with agency letterhead). MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer required. Fit test required for Iowa (1860+ mask only). Hepatitis B vaccination series required prior to start. Influenza vaccine proof or declination/exemption required. 2 Step PPD or IGRA test required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year or 5 years depending on region. Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer required. Physical/Health statement from exam within last year required. 10 panel drug screen required within 30 days of start (no THC). Various professional and background checks required including criminal background, education verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO, and others. Trinity system access form and confidentiality agreements required. Trinity skills checklist and specialty specific competency testing required within a year.
