Pallet Repairman
Pay: $19.00 per hour to start, then paid by the piece after training
Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our pallet repair team. This job requires frequent lifting (up to 65 lbs.) and safe use of tools such as sawzalls, nail guns, pry bars, and hammers. Prior experience is helpful but not required—on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to facilitate teamwork.
Qualifications
- Experience in pallet repair or related fields

- Proficiency in using an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
