Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Columbus, Ohio, 43213 Employment Type: Full time Position Purpose In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Maintenance Supervisor supervises and trains skilled and unskilled staff in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. What You Will Do Delegate assignments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Recommend or initiate personnel actions and administer the organization’s policies for the department. Ensure the compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency of work activities. Develop schedules and monitor time records to ensure timely payroll record submissions. Prioritize work orders; plan, schedule, coordinate, and assign work. Plan and organize the purchase of all necessary materials, parts, and components required for work orders. Minimum Qualifications Education: High school education or equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred. Experience: Three years of experience leading the maintenance functions in a complex facility, responsible for a variety of maintenance functions.
