Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and repositioning

• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding if needed

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided

• Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• $16 - $18 HOURLY competitive compensation package

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in home care or geriatric care

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Passion for delivering exceptional care and building strong relationships with clients and families
