Registered Nurse - Day Shift ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus!)

We offer day shift options : A Mixture of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, 72 hours per pay period . This includes every other weekend. Base pay range: $43.54–$47.61 DOE.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care.
• Complete assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
