In this full-time travel role, you may choose from available High School or Elementary caseloads, working in classrooms with an alternate curriculum (similar to a Life Skills setting). Qualifications:

  • Hold, or be eligible for, a valid Special Education Teaching Certification
  • Experience working with Elementary, High School, or Life Skills students (preferred)
  • Familiarity with alternate/functional curriculum for students with diverse needs
  • Strong collaborative, communication, and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to students with varying abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Adapt lesson plans and curriculum to meet student needs
  • Partner with general educators, families, and support staff
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress monitoring
