Marketing And Brand Communications Support

This role supports marketing and brand initiatives by helping draft materials, organize content, and ensure communications align with established brand standards. The position also includes reviewing marketing materials for accuracy, formatting, and adherence to brand guidelines. Additionally, the role provides operational support and cross-functional exposure, helping develop internal documentation while gaining insight into business and banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on marketing and brand initiatives by assisting with drafting materials, organizing content, and helping prepare communications. Work under team guidance to ensure alignment with newly established brand standards.
• Assist with creating and organizing social media content, including drafting content and helping maintain content. Support the team in keeping content consistent, timely, and aligned with designated campaigns.
• Help review marketing and brand materials for basic accuracy, formatting, and consistency. Provide an extra layer of review to support adherence to brand guidelines and documentation standards.
• Assist in the development and organization of operational procedures and internal documentation. Help prepare materials for publication on TConnect and internal platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with desired standards.
• Support team members across marketing and operations on various tasks and projects. Gain exposure to banking processes and contribute as a team member while building foundational business knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions.
• Proficient PC skills; strong Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and in team environment.
• Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills (oral and written). Ability to communicate effectively.
