The role serves as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails, handling inquiries and transactions via phone or email in an accurate and professional manner. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails. Handle customer inquiries and transactions via phone or email. Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a banking role and/or call center experience is preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong computer skills, specifically with e-services or online/digital banking. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
