Member Services Representative

A local credit union is seeking a customer-focused Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service and support daily banking operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, professionalism, and member relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Process member transactions, including cash handling and account services
Answer questions, resolve issues, and promote credit union products
Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records
Handle phone inquiries and support member needs
Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Cash handling or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and 10-key skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
