This role ensures finished products are produced accurately, efficiently, and safely while supporting department goals for quality, productivity, waste reduction, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience operating die cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment.What You'll DoSet up and operate Bobst Die Cutting equipment to meet production requirements.Review job tickets and production specifications before beginning each job.Verify materials, samples, and production requirements prior to production.Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to optimize quality and productivity.Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are maintained.Verify cutting accuracy, scoring positions, and die placement throughout production runs.Complete production logs, equipment tracking forms, and required documentation.Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.What You'll BringEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 1 year of Die Cutter Operator experience required.Experience operating Bobst equipment preferred.Printing, packaging, converting, or manufacturing experience preferred.Skills & AbilitiesStrong mechanical aptitude and machine operation skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to perform accurate measurements and inspections.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work productively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.How You Will Be SuccessfulPassion for Cards Help create premium trading card products enjoyed by collectors and fans around the world.Dedicated to Quality and Safety Support a culture where quality, safety, and customer satisfaction come first.Building Relationships Collaborate effectively with fellow operators, supervisors, and support teams.Integrity and Respect Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and pride in your work.Challenging the Expected Drive operational excellence through consistency, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.Why Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
