Chief Estimator

The Chief Estimator will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the estimating process for construction projects, ensuring accurate and competitive bids. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Business Services and construction estimating. Description The Chief Estimator will have the following duties Lead and manage the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of estimates. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Review and evaluate subcontractor bids for completeness and compliance with project requirements. Monitor and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and team members. Ensure all estimates are completed within deadlines and align with company objectives.
