The Dental Support Specialist (Dental Assistant - Office Administration) is responsible for supporting clinical field team members by ensuring administrative duties are cross-referenced and completed by the assigned deadline. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure timecards are updated and approved Approve expenses according to company guidelines Complete dental chart reviews including EMR checklist, coding, and notes Conduct EMR reporting reviews to provide details to the field team manager Perform other duties as necessary Education & Training Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 2-3 years' experience preferred Dental office experience required Other Qualifications Problem solving - the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Planning/organizing - the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently Quality control/Attention to detail - the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance Adaptability - the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance Able to work in team environment Ability to lift 15-20 lbs Physical Effort & Working Conditions Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards Substantial time is spent working on a computer Location Dental operations are based in Overland Park, KS at our Corporate Headquarters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
