What we’re seeking:

• LMFT or LCSW with direct ERMHS/ERICS background in a school setting (top priority)
• Alternatively, a credentialed or licensed school psychologist with ERMHS/ERICS school-based experience
• IEP proficiency is highly preferred
• Ability to quickly integrate with minimal training required
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and commitment to student success

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver effective ERMHS therapy services within an educational environment
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and develop intervention plans
• Partner with multidisciplinary school teams to support student wellness and academic achievement
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school and state guidelines
