Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging with attention to cross-sectional anatomy and accurate exposure techniques
• Position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Communicate with radiologists and support staff to ensure patient care and imaging accuracy
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols, ALARA principles, and infection control standards
• Document procedures and image quality; assist with patient care as needed

Requirements

• Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
• Current Peripheral Vascular Access certification
• Current BLS certificate
• Demonstrated understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology
• High degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure techniques; strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work in an acute care setting and participate in a 4x10-hour shift schedule with weekend coverage as required
