Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience in school settings and working with PreK-12 students
• Familiarity with moderate to severe speech/language disorders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a range of needs in diverse school environments
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Adapt to changing caseloads and varying school locations based on program needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student goals and progress
• Maintain thorough documentation consistent with state and federal compliance requirements
