The Bowling Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting the guests and launching the guest experience at All Star Lanes & Casino. Pay range: $17.13 - $18.50 How You’ll Succeed In this role you will: Answer questions about pricing, addressing customer concerns Help customers find shoes Issue lanes to customer(s) Sanitize shoes Hand out shoes Call back bowling calls Book parties at the desk Bowling parties, Bday parties etc Cleaning of the lanes Issue out scratch tickets Issue out pull tabs Requirements Must be 18 years old Knowledge of Bowling preferred but not required!
